Our Year 11 Maths tutoring program begins at the beginning of Term 1 of each year and runs up to the end of Term 3, with the Year 12 HSC Mathematics Advanced program commencing in Term 4.
Year 11 Mathematics Advanced Course Overview
Our year 11 Mathematics Advanced tutoring program does not have any assumed knowledge requirement other than completion of year 10 mathematics (5.2 or 5.3 stream) at school. The program comprehensively covers all topics and outcomes in the NSW NESA Syllabus – Mathematics Advanced.
This course is ideal for:
- Students who are intending to or are doing Year 11 Mathematics Advanced
- Year 11 maths students who are looking for a strong and well-based start towards their HSC Mathematics preparation
- Students who were in the Year 10 Maths tutoring program

2 hour weekly lessons + 1 hour weekly Workshop Tutorial

Tutoring course materials (concept explanations, summaries, study notes, example questions, worked solutions and exam-style homework) are provided each week in the form of a theory and homework booklet

Tutoring homework is expected to be completed and will be fully marked each week, with comments detailing every point of improvement

Topic Tests administered at the end of each major topic, with marks and vital statistics reported in the End of Term report
