Staying productive at home

Here are some tips which can help you stay productive when studying at home!

Keep in touch with your teachers and tutors

  • It is extremely important that you are constantly communicating with your teachers. If you have problems with classwork, assignments or you want to speak to your teacher about something else, it’s best to frequently communicate with them. This will help clear up any problems allowing you to understand the tasks in front of you.

Have a clean study space

  • When studying at home, you don’t want to be distracted by random objects surrounding your study space. Before sitting down to study or attend an online class, clean up your table first. Having a clean study space removes all distractions all you to focus all your attention on the classwork and online class.

Have all the equipment you need

  • To increase productivity and efficiency, it’s important that you have all the right equipment you need to study. For online classes, make sure that the device you’re using is charged so you don’t suddenly drop off mid way through the online class. Have all your stationary equipment with you so that you can easily take down notes. Having all the equipment around you will save you time as you don’t need to run off and find a notebook or pen.
